To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it/them. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to verify that we have obtained your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. No refunds or exchanges will be given to products damaged due to incorrect use or wrong application.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
You may cancel any AWF order as long as the order status is “in process.” If order status is “shipped,” it cannot be canceled.
