Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it/them. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.
REFUNDS (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to verify that we have obtained your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. No refunds or exchanges will be given to products damaged due to incorrect use or wrong application.
RETURN SHIPPING:
All merchandise returned to Adler Welding and Fabrication, LLC (AWF) will be shipped at the expense of the sender. When sending your item(s), please note the reason(s) for return as well as your email address and contact information.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING:
All merchandise sent for exchange to AWF will be shipped at the expense of the sender. Once the item(s) has been received AWF will cover the shipping cost of the new item(s).

ORDER CANCELLATION:
You may cancel any AWF order as long as the order status is “in process.” If order status is “shipped,” it cannot be canceled.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:
